Pour la réalisation de ce projet, j'ai dû répondre à différentes contraintes comme l'utilisation de la machine à commande numérique, le choix des matériaux en fonction des contraintes de mon projet. De nombreuses réflexions pour la conception étaient également nécessaires : le meuble devait être démontable, presque sans travail manuel et l'application d'une finition comme un vernis ou une laque. Pour ce projet, j'ai réalisé une table basse démontable composée de huit pièces : trois pieds, quatre traverses, un plateau. Elle mesure 850 millimètres par 450 par 450. Pour le matériau j'ai choisi du contreplaqué, j'ai appliqué une laque blanche pour la face de mes pièces et un vernis mat pour les champs. Toutes les pièces s'emboîtent grâce à des entailles et une vis serre la traverse.
Numerical control machine project

For the carrying out of this project I had to meet different requirments like the use of the numerical control machine. I needed to choose the material in accordance with my project. A lot of reflexions for the conception were also required : the piece of furniture had to be removable, without manual work or a little bit and finally the application of a finish like varnish or lacquer. For this project, I made a coffee table. It is a coffee removable table composed of eight pieces : three legs, four crossbeams, one table top . It measures 850 milimeter by 450 by 450. For the material I choose plywood and I applied a White lacquer for the fronts of my pieces and a matt varnish for the edges of the pieces. All the pieces fit together with notches, and a screw tightens the crossbeam. I am satisfied of my project. It is a prototype, so I can add some modifications like the quality of the painting, the design of the legs.
