Skateboard en résine Epoxy

Dans ce projet, j'ai appris à utiliser la résine epoxy à travers la réalisation de différents objets notamment cette planche. J'aime beaucoup le skate donc j'ai décidé de créer un nouveau type de planche, sans bois. J'ai utilisé différents matériaux comme le liège pour donner de la flexibilité, la fibre de lin et la résine epoxy avec un colorant bleu.
Pour le serrage des différentes parties j'ai utilisé une poche sous vide, avec ma planche originale en bois qui a servi de moule.
Après le séchage, j'ai recoupé les côtés de la planche et j'ai fait les perçages pour les roues. Je suis assez satisfait de cette planche, mais en la testant, je trouvais qu'elle était un peu trop flexible. Si je devais la retravailler, j'ajouterai une couche supplémentaire de fibre de lin avec de la résine, pour la rendre plus rigide.
Synthetic resin skateboard

In this project I had to use the synthetic resin. I love skateboarding so I decided to create a new type of skateboard without wood. The result of this board is a mix of different materials, I used some cork to make it more flexible and linen fiber with synthetic resin, for the resistance of the board. To glue all the pieces together, I used a mold, for this mold I took my own skateboard and I pressed all the differents part with a vacuum bag. After all these stages, I cuted the sides of the board and I drilled the holes to put the wheels. So I am satisfied of this board, but I tested it and I think it is to flexible. If I have to rework it, I think I will add an other coat of linen fiber with synthetic resin on the middle of the board to make it more resistant.
